Privacy Statement

It is an offence for students to:


1.   Carry fireworks, knives, firearms or other weapons
       1st offence     -   warning in writing, counseling or refer to Police – criminal offence
      

2.    Smoke on or off school premises in uniform
       1st offence     –   reprimand/counseling
       2nd offence    –   reprimand/counseling
       3rd offence    –    reprimand/counseling

3.   Taking or using any intoxicants drugs or any illegal substance while in uniform on or off the campus.
      1st offence     -    (counseling or refer to Police) – criminal offence

4.   Use abusive language or expose themselves indecently
       1st offence    -    strong reprimand
       2nd  offence   -   strong reprimand
       3rd offence    -   strong reprimand

5.    Organize or take part in any form of gambling or games of chance
       1st offence    –   warning
       2nd offence   –   strong reprimand
       3rd offence    –   strong reprimand

6.    Fight with other students or take away by force the property of any other student or intimidate them 
       1st offence    -   counseling/suspension

7.    Be insubordinate or insolent to any member of staff
       1st offence   –   written/and public apology

8.    Students should be punctual for classes, exams and other school related activities 

9.    Students who are absent from school because of unavoidable reasons should seek
       the prior permission of the principal/campus director for any such intended absences.

10.  Any student who falls ill or is injured while on campus should immediately if
       possible, report in person to the Health Services dept.  If he/she is unable to do so,
       then this should be reported by any other concerned person. 

       Students who are absent from classes due to illness for three or more consecutive
       days must submit an authentic doctor’s certificate to the student services office as
       soon as possible.

11.  Students may have cellular phones in their possession but should not allow these to disturb class
      devotional exercises or other gathering.

       Sanction:  Persons breaking the rule may have their instruments confiscated 

12.  Students must be in full uniform to attend classes, devotion, examinations or when
       representing the institution, for example field trips.
